It runs without you
Tap a rig to run a cycle, buy levels to make it pay more, then hire crew and it runs itself forever.

Is my progress saved?
Yes. Fathom saves continuously to your device, and writes each save atomically so an interrupted save can never leave your game half-written.
Does my progress sync between devices?
Not currently. Saves live on the device that made them, and deleting the app deletes the save with it.
I lost my progress. Can you restore it?
Because saves stay on your device and are never sent anywhere, there is no server-side copy to restore from. If the game ever finds a damaged save it sets the original aside instead of deleting it, so get in touch before reinstalling — something may still be recoverable.
Do I have to sign in to Game Center?
No. Leaderboards and achievements are optional, and the whole game is playable signed out.
Privacy Policy

Fathom does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
There is no account to create, no sign-up, and no profile. The app asks for no personal information and none is transmitted to the developer.
Game progress. Your save is written to local storage on your device and stays there. Fathom does not sync saves to iCloud or to any other service. Deleting the app deletes your save along with it.
Game Center. If you choose to use Game Center, leaderboard scores and achievement progress are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The developer never receives your Game Center identity or any personal information from it. Game Center is optional and the game is fully playable without it.
What Fathom does not do:
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- No advertising SDKs and no ads of any kind.
- No tracking, no device fingerprinting, no advertising identifier.
- No network requests to any server operated by the developer.
- No in-app purchases, so no payment information is ever handled.
Children. Fathom collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
